This is a T-Shirt graphic design I made back in April. Feeling ambitious and based off of the famous British apparel design, I created this using Adobe Photoshop CS6 and started by creating a blank 6x9 document. Some tools of importance that I used were the Paint Bucket Tool to color in a basic background The Rectangle tool to create the stripes for the flag, and toying around with some of the Blending options and Filter effects to give it a much more aged and overall a good look that will be appealing to the eye. Here we have a graphic for a potential TV show logo. for this one, I mainly used Blending Options and toyed with the text for a while, trying to find a ghostly and haunting like effect to what the client wanted. Some of the Blending Options I used were Bevel and Emboss, Satin, Color Overlay, Outer Glow and Drop Shadow. A rather simple design for a Christmas Ecard, with a provided background and a striped layer pattern. An supposedly easy design, all that needed to be done was to create a "Happy Holidays!" text and play with the Blending options. Some options included were Stroke, Inner Shadow, Inner Glow, Gradient Overlay and Outer Glow.

-Secondly, choose the Gradient option and set the angle at -90 and make sure that the scale is aligned with the angle. The press OK.

- You should see that a new Gradient Fill layer, select it and click Normal on the Layers panel. Out of those options, choose Overlay.

-Once that is done, click on the Gradient Fill layer and delete it by right clicking it and selecting the option.

-Then click Fill again and select the Gradient option. Once there select the violet orange fill.

- Select Normal on the Layers panel, then choose the Hard Light option. Set the opacity to 66%.

- Now set the foreground color to light grey, then select the Brush Tool and clean around the people in the photo. If you make any mistakes, you can set the foreground color to white to fix it again.

MastHead Logo Writeup

                           Yesenia Coello MastHead Writeup

First tool I used for my MastHead logo was the Gradient Tool in order to make a nice looking background. First thing I did was select one of the many Gradient designs and played around with the colors a bit and selected a medium green and bright golden yellow design, that seemed fitting for the design that I wanted.
The next thing I did was use the Custom Shape Tool and change the set of shapes to the second option. From there I selected the spiked star shaped tool and added the shape onto the canvas, and coloring it green by changing the Foreground color to green. I then copied the image by adding it to different layers and moved them to the corners of the canvas to make it look like border.
Next, I used the Brush Tool, changed the foreground color to black and selected the number 46 and painted the top and bottom of the canvas, giving an additional touch to the border. After that I selected the number 80 brush and changed the foreground color to gold, which I added on top of the black paint border and gave it an additional spark and make it more eye catching.
The last thing to do was to type the text. I used the Type Tool and changed the type size to 48 and selected a different type of font. I then used the Stroke Effect by using the Blending Options and selcted the layer to be gold with a black shadow like effect.
Lastly, I saved the image for internet use by going to File, Save For Web and saved it as a JPEG with the JPEG High  option, which is the best resolution for an image with such photo like qualities. From there I logged into my blogger account and uploaded the logo onto my blog.
